Draftline
Timesheets to invoice
Overview
Draftline turns messy timesheet entries into reviewed, finance ready invoice lines. Import a batch, check it against the rate sheets, work through the exceptions and export.
A prototype on fictional data. Names, companies and figures in these screens are invented.
One batch, step by step
Every invoice batch moves through the same steps: import, batch details, projects, process, review and export. The dashboard shows the batch in progress and what is still waiting.

Import the timesheets
Bring in a timesheet export as a file, or pull approved records from a connected timesheet tool. The required columns are checked before anything else happens.

Exceptions first
Missing job codes, mileage, possible carpools, test equipment and unclear descriptions land in one inbox. Each line shows how sure Draftline is and links straight to the entry.

Priced against the right rate sheet
Each project is matched to a rate sheet with the hourly rate for every role and job code, so every line is priced against the right one.

Every change on record
The audit log keeps every import, accepted suggestion, excluded line and export, with who did it and when. Past batches stay in the batch history.
