These terms cover your use of this website, which is run by Bluefront AI. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

Bluefront AI helps architecture and engineering firms with AI consulting and implementation. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Bluefront AI. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What these terms cover

They apply to browsing this website, reading what is on it, using the savings calculator and sending us the contact form. They do not cover work we do for a client. That work is governed by a separate written agreement, signed before a project starts. If the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins for that project.

3. Using the site

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not:

• Try to get into the site, our servers or any connected system without permission
• Copy or collect the content or data of the site in bulk with automated tools, apart from normal search engine indexing
• Send false, misleading or harmful content through the contact form
• Upload anything designed to damage the site or its visitors, such as malware
• Use the site in a way that stops other people from using it

If these terms are broken, we may limit or block access to the site.

4. Our content

The text, designs, images, videos and code on this site belong to Bluefront AI or are used with the permission of their owner. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect them. You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

5. Examples and estimates

The software in our Our work section is made up of prototypes that run on fictional data. They show how we design and think. They are not the results of a real customer. The savings calculator turns the numbers you type in into a rough estimate. It is a guide, not a promise, and it does not guarantee any saving or outcome.

6. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they contain, whether they are available, or how they treat your information. Visit them at your own discretion and under their own terms.

7. Accuracy and no warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but what you read here is general information. It is not legal, financial, engineering or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. We make no promise that it is complete or free of mistakes.

The site is provided as it is and as it becomes available. We do not promise that it will run without interruption or be free of faults.

8. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Bluefront AI is not responsible for indirect or knock on losses that come from using this website, such as lost profit, lost data or a lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms removes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be removed or limited, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

We may change these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Bluefront AI is established, and disputes about the use of this website are handled by the courts there. This does not take away any protection you are entitled to under the law of the country where you live.
