Privacy Policy
How Bluefront AI handles the information you share through this website.
Last updated: 7 October 2026.
This website is run by Bluefront AI. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use it, what we do with that information, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. If you have a question, write to [email protected].
What we collect
What you tell us. When you ask for a discovery call, the contact form collects your name, your email address, your firm and a short note about the workflow that slows your team down. That is all it asks for. Please keep client names and other confidential details out of the note, and do not send us sensitive personal data such as health information.
What your browser sends. Like any website, ours receives the technical details a browser shares with every page it opens. When you submit the form we also keep your browser type and a short scrambled code made from your network address, so we can spot spam and repeated submissions. We do not keep the network address itself.
What we leave out. We do not run advertising or tracking tools on this site, and we do not set cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser and never reaches us. If this ever changes, we will update this page before it does.
How we use it
- To read your enquiry and reply to it
- To email you a confirmation that we received it
- To set up a conversation about your firm and your workflow
- To keep the website secure and stop abuse
We do not sell your information, rent it out, or share it with advertisers. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you or to build a profile of you.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored on our own server and sent to our team as a notification. We rely on service providers to host and deliver the website, to protect it from attacks and to send email, including the confirmation we send to the address you gave us. They handle your information only to provide that service to us. We may also have to share information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months. If we end up working together, we may keep it for as long as the work needs it. If you would like it removed sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under data protection law, including the GDPR where it applies, you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- Ask us to correct it or delete it
- Object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it
- Withdraw consent you have given us
- Ask for your data in a portable format
- Complain to your local data protection authority
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We answer within the time the law allows, and no later than 30 days.
Moving data between countries
Some of our providers run servers in other countries. When your information leaves your region, we rely on the standard safeguards that data protection law provides for that kind of transfer.
Keeping it safe
We use sensible technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and access to what we store is limited to the people who need it. No system on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
The examples on this site
The software shown in our Our work section uses made up data. No real company, person or record appears in it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
